I can not stress enough how important taking care of your skin is. Keeping your skin free of radicals, impurities, detoxed, and moisturized, is the most important thing I will EVER say. On that note, I am going to give you a little insight to my skin routine.
First things first, I clean off my face using Bioderma Sensibio H2O with a cotton pad. I love this product so much because it is a water solution that removes even water-resistant makeup while soothing and clearing up irritated skin. My face always feels so refreshed and cleansed afterward. This one is for sensitive skin, but they have a couple other types as well for all different skin issues.

Next comes my favorite facial mask EVER. The Aztec Secret, Indian Healing Clay is definitely no secret to how well it works. It is sold for like $10 for a giant jar of bentonite clay which is sun-dried for up to six months in temperatures that sometimes reach 134 degrees. I mix 2 teaspoons with 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and paint it onto my face. It dries completely in about 5 minutes and that’s when the pulsating starts. The mask stimulates and improves blood circulation, which is why you feel the pulsating pressure. It absorbs waste such as harmful toxins, oil and dirt.
This is a new one that I have recently added to my regimen, the Micro-Dermabrasion Paste by Rodan + Fields. It’s formula is made with sugar, sea salt, and vitamin E oil and used as an exfoliant to visibly improve skin tone and texture. It can work as a replacement for a cleanser, or as I use it after my Clay mask because it loosens the hard clay, making it easier to rinse off. This is just the butter the my toast. It makes my face feel so soft and look so fresh.
Lastly, I put on the Mirage 24 Face Mask by Bioxidea Paris. It’s a sheet mask that is an all-in-one anti aging treatment. This mask is high enriched with nutrients/antioxidants which continuously injects into the skin providing fast and effective results. HONESTLY GUYS, I have never used something that left me skin so dreamy looking. It’s like a Benjamin Button mask. Reduces signs of aging while completely enhancing your skin! It’s a little pricey, but so so worth it. After about 15 minutes I take the mask off and massage the excess medicine into my face. I leave it on, and continue with my day or go to sleep with it as a repair.
I don’t do this entire thing every day, but I definitely do it a few times a week. This is what works for me, but we all have different skin, textures, sensitivity, etc. I would love to hear about your skin regimens and routines, so email or comment to me what they are!
